The 44i’s large cockpit features a spacious dining area with large folding table and storage. Twin helm steering keeps the cockpit open, with easy access to the aft transom while moored. The winches are located near the helms, for easy sail handling by a reduced crew. A large sail area offers great performance, while a powerful bow thruster offers the ultimate in maneuverability!
Inside, the contemporary interior features a spacious salon with table convertible to double berth and fully equipped galley. Opening hatches, ports and long salon windows allow for plenty of light and ventilation. Windscoops let the breeze lull you to sleep!
I was just in Tortola this past July on a Lagoon 410 Catamaran. We spent 2 nights at the Sunsail Marina and I was very pleased with the ease and performance of the "Breeze Booster" Windscoop. This device is easily mounted on the hatch and helps to circulate air into the cabin. While out at sea I used the windscoop with the electric fan and one night I even had to use my blanket! This is a standard feature on all Sunsail charters.
